Since 1999, Ian Bell's Brown Derby Series has presented "Ridiculously Staged Readings of Your Favorite Screenplays", becoming a Seattle comedy institution!  Under rehearsed and equiped with carboard props, questionable wigs and plenty of silly string, Director Ian Bell teams up with Seattle's funniest actors to put their mutated spin on classic Hollywood screenplays!

In May, Ian Bell's Brown Derby Seires bring you its second installment of the 2016 season: WEIRD SCIENCE! In this 1985 John Hughes classic, two horny geeks take a page from Dr. Frankenstien and use their computer to create the woman of their fantasies, but it turns out she's more than they can handle! The Brown Derby of WIERD SCIENCE will feature the talents of Andrew Tasakos, David Gehrman, Scott Shoemaker, Freddy Molitch, Shane Wahlund, and Jason Sharp, with technical design by Todd Hull, directed and narrated by Ian Bell!
